Hotel Araiza Hermosillo, Hermosillo

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and offered nice views of the central pool area, although some faced the hallways. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and a safe atmosphere. The dining experience was satisfactory, especially with the inclusive breakfast buffet. The facilities were well-maintained, adding to my overall enjoyment of the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Hermosillo, with easy access to a variety of restaurants and other hotels. The rooms, although facing hallways overlooking the pool area, need better carpet cleaning as there was a noticeable bad smell. The service was excellent with friendly and accommodating staff. The dining experience offered a good selection of hot and plentiful meals, but the presence of 'CHINCHES' insect bites was concerning and should be addressed by the hotel sanitation department.
